Tiger Advancements

Getting White Belt Totem:
Once the Tiger cub has learned the path to the TIGER RANK I will give him the Tiger Totem for his Belt at a Pack Meeting.  It is the white plastic badge that has the paw print on it.
The path is:
1) Learn the Tiger Cub MOTTO (Search, Discover and Share)
2) Learn the Cub Scout sign (see page 147)
3) Learn the Cub Scout Salute (see page 149)
Please tell me at least 1 week before a Pack Meeting if the boy is ready to receive his Totem.

Advancements And Beads:
The are 5 achievements in the Tiger Cubs. Each achievement has 3 parts: A family activity, a den activity and a 'Go See It.'
1) He will earn a White Bead for each required family activity he does.
2) He will earn an Orange Bead for each required den activity he does.
3) He will earn a Black Bead for each required Go See It that he does.
SO there will be a total of 5 beads in each color that the boy can earn.

Getting Tiger Cub Badge for back of Tiger Totem:
The tiger cub Badge is for boys who have completed all 15 parts of the five achievements, That is 5 family, 5 Go See Its and 5 Den activities. So he should have a total of 5 beads in each color.
I will give the Tiger Badge to the Tiger cub at the Pace Meeting. I must know at least 2 weeks before a Pack Meeting that the boys has earned this so I can order them.

Getting Elective yellow Tiger Track Beads:
AFTER
the boy has earned his Tiger Cub Badge he can earn flat yellow track beads by completing ELECTIVES in his tiger book.
1) For ever 10 electives he completes I will give him 1 yellow track bead at a pack meeting. I will need to know at least 2 weeks before a Pack Meeting that he has earned this so I can order it.
2) Boys can work on electives before he gets his Tiger Badge but I CANNOT give them to him until after he has earned his Tiger Badge FIRST.
